Florida Man Charged with Murder After Three Tourists Shot Dead Near Disney
Three tourists killed in Florida rental property shooting

A 29-year-old Florida man is facing three counts of murder after three tourists were discovered shot to death outside a holiday rental property in a neighbourhood popular with visitors to Walt Disney World.

Victims Stranded by Car Trouble

Osceola County deputies responded to a call at a property on Indian Point Circle in the Indian Hills subdivision shortly after midday on Saturday, 17 January 2026. They found three men outside the home, all deceased from gunshot wounds. Sheriff Christopher Blackmon stated the victims were tourists who had been stranded at their rental due to car trouble.

The sheriff identified two of the victims as Robert Lewis Kraft, 70, from Holland, Michigan, and his brother, Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, from Columbus, Ohio. Douglas Kraft was the twin of a fourth man who had already returned home. The identity of the third victim was being withheld pending family notification.

Suspect Arrested at Neighbouring Home

The suspect, Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, was arrested at his home, which is situated next door to the rental property. Two firearms were recovered from his residence, and investigators are working to determine if either was used in the killings.

During a news conference, Sheriff Blackmon described the incident as appearing random but emphasised the investigation was in its early stages. He noted Bojeh was a known figure to law enforcement. "He was a threat to the neighbourhood all the time. We had a lot of calls for service on this person in that area," Blackmon said.

History of Violence and Insanity Acquittal

Court records reveal a disturbing history. Bojeh was previously arrested in 2021 after allegedly firing at a person and random vehicles in a Wawa gas station car park in Kissimmee, injuring one man. He was later acquitted by reason of insanity in that case.

Local residents expressed fear and concern following the latest shooting. One neighbour, Adam Andersen, told reporters the event had rattled the community, referencing the suspect's prior violent episode and release.

Bojeh appeared in court on Sunday, 18 January, where a judge found probable cause to hold him at the Osceola County Jail without bond. Sheriff Blackmon assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to the community as the suspect is in custody.
