Take That's spectacular reboot of the Circus Live Tour comes to its dazzling end this week, after delighting hundreds of thousands of fans across the UK. The band's Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Gary Barlow performed their fourth and final Manchester show on Wednesday night, bringing to an end the UK leg of the Circus revival, ahead of their final show in Dublin on Saturday night.
A Masterclass in Showmanship
Across two hours each night, Gary, Mark and Howard have been delivering a masterclass in showmanship, while belting out their biggest hits like Patience, Rule the World, Pray and Back for Good. It was a huge live production with a cast of 40 dancers, acrobats, firebreathers, stiltwalkers and that famous 30ft tall mechanical elephant, which transported the band through the crowd to the main stage in a moment of pure magic for fans during The Garden.
Fans are calling it the greatest show in Take That's 36 year history, and indeed it surely goes down as one of the most impressive moments in live music history in the UK thanks to the sheer scale and ambition of the show.
Reliving the Magic
For all of those fans who headed along to watch the show, there's now an inevitable Circus-shaped hole in their lives. Especially with the knowledge that we may never see this stunning performance from the band ever again - 17 years after the original record-breaking tour. So what better way to ease those post-Take That show blues than to simply relive the magic all over again? Here, we've gone through the full setlist from the show, picking out the best shots of the band performing each Take That number.
Opening: The Greatest Day
The show opens with Gary Barlow emerging from a crowd of colourful balloons to sing The Greatest Day, a spinetingling start. The big blue sky balloon sets the scene as performers head onto the stage with the Big Top in the background. Guest artist Zoe Birkett is first glimpsed among the blue sky performers, later revealed as the Ringmaster during Relight My Fire.
Hello and Could It Be Magic
The pace continues with Hello, as dancers hold yellow blooms and bird puppets dance over the audience. Mark takes lead vocals on this Circus album favourite. The band then breaks out original 90s dance moves for Could It Be Magic.
Pray and A Million Love Songs
The whole stadium joins in as familiar strains of Pray kick in, with classic moves busted out. Gary, Mark and Howard praise their bandmates as the famous saxophone kicks in for A Million Love Songs.
Back For Good
"Cue the rain," says Gary as one of their biggest hits kicks in. Recreating the famous video, the lads spring out rain, with brollies up as the rain splashes down.
The Garden and Shine
The elephant makes its grand entrance as the boys ride it through the crowds while Mark sings The Garden. The band's silver jackets, created by British designer James Long, are intricately constructed using trinkets, antique coins, lace and vintage paraphernalia. Mark then steps forward to Shine, with incredible circus acts surrounding him.
Up All Night and Babe
The good vibes continue with Up All Night, flanked by circus performers. Mark returns centrestage for Babe, impressed that Manchester knows all the words.
You're a Superstar and Piano Medley
Gary performs new song You're a Superstar, already a firm fan favourite. Then it's time for Gary's solo piano bit, starting with Love Ain't Here Anymore, followed by Nobody Else and The Circus, complete with a stunning tightrope-walker.
Clown Segment and 90s Megamix
The band reunites in clown outfits, sitting on boxes with suitcases. Mark produces a rose as they prepare for clown mode. While Howard sings, each star applies clown make-up. The 90s megamix begins with Do What U Like, Promises, and It Only Takes a Minute, featuring daring cycling across the stage. Gary plays for laughs on his little bike to reach bandmates on the B stage for Take That and Party.
Said It All and Never Forget
A moving moment from the clowns in Said It All as more circus performers emerge. Howard takes centrestage for Never Forget, getting particularly emotional on home turf in Manchester, seen in tears on Friday and Saturday night shows as the home crowd roared approval.
Patience and Relight My Fire
The giant ringmaster emerges for the finale of the main show. The trio appear with Gary resplendent on a throne, with flames, fire-breathers and Zoe Birkett belting out the "Lulu bit" for Relight My Fire. Fans have been loving Zoe's moments in the Circus Live 2026.
Hold Up a Light and Rule the World
Mark and the boys return for Hold Up a Light, including an extraordinary walk back to the B stage where the elephant makes a final appearance alongside 40 circus performers. The show ends with Rule the World, as the crowd turns the stadium into a star cloth of phone lights. Fireworks finale lights up the sky.
Millions more fans got to watch it all on Amazon Music too.
