90s boyband 911 have been added to the line-up for Bents Park Live in South Shields, sparking excitement among fans. The trio, known for hits like 'Bodyshakin'', 'More than a Woman', and 'A Little Bit More', will perform on Sunday, July 19, as part of the festival's opening weekend.

Festival Line-Up and Details

Bents Park Live runs across three weekends, starting with Pride in South Tyneside on July 19. Headlining week one is Joe McElderry, fresh from his 'Something in the Water' event in Newcastle and the release of new single 'Love Me Out Loud'. He will be joined by 80s icon and former Eurovision contestant Sonia, powerhouse vocalist Shelley Stevens, and Newcastle's own Channy.

911, consisting of Lee, Spike, and Jimmy, shot to fame in the mid-90s with chart hits including 'Love Sensation' and 'Don't Make Me Wait', before achieving their first number one in 1999 with a cover of 'A Little Bit More'. They remain a popular draw and will also perform at Blyth and The Customs House in South Shields later this year.
