Amanda Holden on romance with 'fit' husband and her age-defying nickname

Amanda Holden has opened up about her marriage to husband Chris Hughes, describing him as 'fit' and revealing she still fancies him after 13 years of marriage. The 50-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge said she often catches a glimpse of him in a restaurant and thinks 'he's fit', before realising it's her husband.

Holden, who presents the Heart Radio breakfast show, also shared her beauty and lifestyle secrets. She revealed she sleeps in false eyelashes and can get ready in 20 minutes. The star, who has been called 'Mandy Button' due to her youthful appearance, credits her looks to running, yoga, a vegetarian diet, and treatments like Morpheus Eight, which stimulates collagen production.

The mother-of-two said she does not deny herself anything, enjoying wine and doughnuts in moderation. She emphasised the importance of changing skincare products every three to four months. Holden has just been announced as the face of Charles Worthington London's 25th anniversary campaign, her first hair brand partnership.

Reflecting on turning 50, Holden said she felt more anxious at 30 when she was going through a divorce. Now, she feels 'fabulous' and doesn't care about age, inspired by other women like Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston. She described her husband as her 'biggest champion' and said the secret to their successful marriage is challenging each other.
