Annie Kilner, the wife of Manchester City and England footballer Kyle Walker, has announced the gender of their fifth child. The 34-year-old former model shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the couple are expecting a baby girl, their first daughter after four sons.
In a post to her 80,000 followers, Kilner wrote: 'We're delighted to be expecting our baby girl. I won't be entertaining any speculation or drama around such a personal, private and happy moment for me and my family!' The couple already share sons Roman, Riaan, Reign, and Rezon.
Kilner and Walker, who were childhood sweethearts, married in a private ceremony in November 2021 at Mottram Hall in Cheshire, where they live in a £3.5 million home. The announcement comes after a turbulent period in their marriage, following Walker's affair with Lauryn Goodman.
A source told the Mirror in April 2024 that the couple were focusing on their family and Walker's career, adding that 'anything in the past isn't important right now.' The source also dismissed speculation that Kilner was staying with Walker for financial reasons, calling it 'absolute nonsense.'
Kilner, originally from Sheffield, met Walker when she was 15 and he was 17. She has previously appeared on The Real Housewives of Cheshire as a friend of Seema Malhotra.
