Banjo, who welcomed his son Micah Grace with wife Francesca in March, said he has been leaning on his family more than ever. 'I've needed them more than I thought I would,' he wrote, adding that he feels 'back, present and ready to overcome whatever is put in front of me'.

The Dancing on Ice judge also acknowledged his Diversity colleagues, saying they have 'come so far' but there is 'still so much more' to achieve. He ended his post with a message of resilience: 'Adapt and overcome right?!'
