Luke's transformation into what she describes as "Australia's most tattooed woman" began at age 16 with her first tattoo and has since escalated to include extreme body modifications. She has undergone eyeball inking, had horns implanted on her forehead, and split her tongue, with the entire process costing an eye-watering £177,000. In a candid interview with Alex Milovanov on Instagram, Luke revealed that the eyeball inking was particularly traumatic, causing her to go blind for three weeks and describing it as the most painful experience of her life.

Luke has been open about her battles with body image and mental health, explaining that her extensive modifications are part of a journey toward self-acceptance. In 2021, Luke faced serious legal troubles when she pleaded guilty to drug trafficking offences. According to reports, she was involved in selling nearly 2.5kg of marijuana across 48 deals over eight months, with MDMA also found at her property. Her defense argued that the trafficking was primarily to support her addiction rather than for criminal profit, citing long-standing mental health issues including schizophrenia and hospital stays. The court sentenced her to three years with immediate parole, allowing her to seek treatment, thus avoiding jail time.

Despite her past, Luke has worked to turn her life around, celebrating her progress in overcoming addiction and embracing her identity. She continues to document her journey online, sharing how tattooing has helped her feel more comfortable in her own skin.
