Candace Cameron Bure is experiencing what she calls 'CandyGram overload' after discovering this month that she is expecting two grandchildren through her son Lev Bure and daughter Natasha Bure Perry.
Twenty-six-year-old Lev and his wife Elliott Dunham Bure announced they were pregnant with their first child on Thursday with an Instagram slideshow captioned: 'Baby Bure coming soon!' One picture showed Lev placing one hand on 25-year-old Elliott's burgeoning bump as she presented sonograms of the tiny fetus. The parents-to-be both work for Bure Family Wines in St. Helena, California as vice president and marketing manager, respectively.
The 50-year-old former child star wrote on Instagram: 'Are you KIDDING?! Another grandbaby on the way! Does life get any better?! CandyGram x2 = fully ignited. Congratulations Lev and @elliottpbure, we are still pinching ourselves!'
'Can you guys believe that I'm going to be a grandma two times over? I'm so excited!' Cameron — who boasts 14.5 million social media followers — gushed via Instagram story. '[My husband] Val and I could not be any more excited. Lev and Elliott are gonna be incredible parents.'
Twenty-seven-year-old Natasha just shared a candid Instagram video of the moment she and her husband Bradley Steven Perry told her parents they were pregnant at the beginning of their family getaway to San José del Cabo, Mexico. The actress ran to the gift shop, purchased baby clothing and laid them on a hotel chair so Cameron would notice and immediately began jumping up and down asking, 'Wait, what?! Are you kidding?! For real?!'
'We weren't planning on telling my parents on this trip but right when we flew in, my symptoms were so rough and I didn't think I'd be able to hide it for the whole weekend,' Natasha wrote Tuesday after her May 7 announcement. 'They were very shocked and excited to say the least! I don't think my Papa even understood what was happening, he was just surprised by my mom being so surprised over something. We could not stop laughing and it really was the sweetest moment ever. I can't tell you how many times I've watched this video.'
The two-time Daytime Emmy nominee and the retired NHL star will next celebrate his 52nd birthday on June 13 immediately followed by their 30th wedding anniversary on June 22. Cameron was only 19 when she first met Russian-born Bure after being introduced by her Full House castmate Dave Coulier at a Los Angeles charity hockey game. The devout Christian couple are also proud parents of 24-year-old son Maksim Bure, who works as the 'brand evangelist' for Bure Family Wines.
Zondervan will publish Cameron's 208-page devotion Bible book, Wild Hope, on June 9. The Ainsley McGregor Mysteries producer-star will then kick off her eight-date fall tour with ministry partner Shelene Bryan and OB/GYN Dr. Tabatha Barber on September 9 in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Cameron first found fame as D.J. Tanner in Jeff Franklin's San Francisco-set sitcom, which aired for eight seasons on ABC spanning 1987 to 1995. The avid podcaster then reprised her role in the Netflix continuation Fuller House, which aired for four seasons spanning 2016 to 2020. Cameron is also every bit the influencer with paid partnerships for brands like Peter Lamas Beauty, Shop My, and Create creatine. The Rise and Renew author certainly had a leg up in showbusiness thanks to being the nepo sister of Growing Pains alum Kirk Cameron.
