Chloe Burrows "hard launched" her new boyfriend Ruben Moreira on Instagram in the early hours of Monday morning, jokingly captioning the video: "I'll regret this in the morning but lemme hard launch Rubeycakes." The Love Island star, 28, shared the clip outside a restaurant during a night out.
Relationship Reveal
The reality star, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2021, had hinted at a new relationship since February 2025. In the video, Ruben Moreira appears in the background as Chloe smiles at the camera. Fans quickly flooded the comments with support, with one writing: "You and Rubey cakes are my favourite couple!!! Both incredibly hot and meant for each other!" Another said: "Haha what a way to launch rubeycakes!! Love you two."
On Monday morning, Chloe posted on her Instagram Story: "Oh it appears I'm violently hungover."
How They Met
A source told The Sun that Chloe and Ruben were introduced through Love Island winner Liam Reardon. "It's early days for Chloe and Ruben but they have known each other a while through Liam Reardon and they get on like a house on fire," the source said. "They holidayed in Australia together in a big group at the start of the year and romance blossomed there. Now they are on holiday together in Dubai, so it's heating up."
Chloe had previously "soft launched" the relationship over a year ago, sharing a photo on Instagram Stories and later a selfie on Snapchat with Ruben sticking his tongue out.
Past Relationship with Toby Aromolaran
Chloe previously dated Toby Aromolaran, whom she met on Love Island. The pair finished second in the series but later split. Toby spoke about their relationship, saying: "I was angry after it finished and I went through the hate stage but that relationship was fantastic and we had a great time. It was basically perfect and I wouldn't change it for the world." He added: "That relationship is a part of me and I'll carry what I had with Chloe for the rest of my life."
When asked about reconciliation, Toby told Genting Casino: "No. For both of us. We're different people. If it was meant to be we'd be together but it didn't work. I think we're at different stages of our lives and different people."
Chloe's Career Since Love Island
