Real-life Emmerdale couple Max Parker and Kris Mochrie have delighted fans after sharing a snap from their wedding day. The actors, who met on the set of the ITV soap, tied the knot in August 2024 at the Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk.
Max, who played Luke Posner on the show, and Kris, who portrayed his brother Lee, began dating in 2020 after Kris's character was killed off. They moved in together later that year, and Max proposed to Kris on a beach in January 2022.
The couple's multi-day wedding event took place at the lavish Chapel Barn venue, with ceremonies starting at £65,000. An insider estimated the total cost of the celebrations at around £100,000, with guests enjoying £82-a-bottle Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose and 'KM' branded Tony's Chocolonely chocolate bars as favours.
On Sunday, Kris took to Instagram to reflect on 2025, sharing a photo of the pair jumping in the air, dressed in smart suits. He wrote: 'Happy New Year! ... The BEST moments of my life ... Jumping into 2026 and all that it holds.'
Fans gushed over the post, with comments including 'Gorgeous couple' and 'What a photo, what a year here's to 2026.'
