When the fan asked, 'You've been a happier man recently, why's that? Could that be a girlfriend?', Croft interjected: 'You know why he's asking? He just needs to know if Kimi needs two towels or no.' Hamilton laughed and replied: 'Yeah - that's a good one.' He then discussed his first year with Ferrari, calling it 'the most iconic team of all time' and noting that 'the first year was obviously very tough but to finally see the hard work we've been putting in, it's finally get us back to where we want to be.' He added: 'And of course, of course it's Kim.'
The Viral Towel Incident
Kardashian made her debut as Hamilton's girlfriend at an F1 race earlier this year, where she was caught on camera taking a towel left for Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli to wipe champagne from her face. The 19-year-old driver, who beat Hamilton to first place, later joked about the incident in a TikTok video, asking: 'I was wondering, have you seen my towel?'

After Kardashian's appearance at the Grand Prix, Hamilton said: 'It's amazing to have her come this weekend and have her support. My friends [in general]. It was an incredible turnout overall. I don't know what else to say. It's amazing to have good people around you and supporting you. And she does that for me every day.' The couple, reportedly dating since December last year, have been enjoying an 'intense' romance, with Kardashian hard-launching Hamilton on social media in June.
