Helen George and Dann Innes Split After Seven Months
Call the Midwife actress Helen George, 42, has separated from her boyfriend Dann Innes, a property marketing agency boss, seven months after they moved in together. The couple had been dating since March 2025, and Dan moved into Helen's west London home, where she lives with her two children, Wren Ivy and Lark, at the beginning of the year.
However, the pair have now split, and Dan was spotted moving his belongings out of the home earlier this week. A source confirmed to The Sun that the couple 'have gone their separate ways,' adding: 'They had a whirlwind romance but their differences became apparent. It has been a difficult time for them both.'
Social Media Posts Hint at Heartbreak
Helen has taken to social media to share a series of posts hinting at her heartbreak. She reposted a quote to her Instagram Story that made reference to 'responding to disrespect.' The quote read: 'I will absolutely take responsibility for when I am wrong. But I will never apologise for responding to disrespect. If you lit the match, do not stand in the flames pretending to be the victim.'
She also posted a picture of her daughter walking alone through a field to her 277,000 followers, writing: 'When the chaos leaves, the calm resumes.'
Whirlwind Romance and Previous Relationships
Helen and Dan reportedly grew close after splitting from their respective long-term partners and met on the dating app Raya. In the past months, they were seen posting loved-up social media posts on Valentine's Day and on holiday together in Cornwall.
Dan has two children, aged 14 and 12, from a previous marriage that lasted from 2008 to 2016. Helen split from her partner Jack Aston, with whom she shares two daughters. She previously spoke to BBC Radio 4 about juggling motherhood with her stage career, saying: 'I would like to also shout out to the father of my daughters, Jack. We split the children 50/50; he is an incredible and reliable father who also juggles as much as I. It is a juggle, and I make mistakes. I have to forgive myself for that because I am a good mother.'
