Jonathan Ross has been dramatically banished from Celebrity Traitors after evading capture for almost seven episodes. The chat show host, known as the 'Big Dog' and recognisable by his purple glove, was finally caught out when fellow Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns joined forces with the Faithfuls to vote him out.
Ross, 64, went down in style, declaring as he stood next to presenter Claudia Winkleman: 'I've got no idea what everyone's doing wrong. I cannot believe you've done it again.' He continued: 'I cannot believe that I'm standing here for no good reason, so I don't want to be rude, but you're idiots.'
After claiming he had been 'completely Faithful' throughout the game, he revealed his true identity by exclaiming: 'To the Traitors!' The remaining players erupted in celebration, having finally rooted out a Traitor at their sixth attempt.
Fellow contestant Joe Marler described Ross's exit as 'the most ridiculous bow out ever', while the moment is already being hailed as one of the most memorable in the show's history.
