Married At First Sight UK bride Polly Sellman has revealed a two stone weight loss, sharing before and after photos on Instagram. The 28-year-old careers advisor from Kent, who married Adam Nightingale on the E4 reality show, said she lost the weight over four months through lifestyle changes.
Polly credited her transformation to increasing water intake, eating less, and moving more. She wrote: 'It's been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more. And I love that I've found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do.'
She added that she still has 'a little way' to go to reach her goal weight, after which she will focus on building strength and maintaining her weight while avoiding a restricted lifestyle. Polly noted a boost in self-confidence, saying she now feels more comfortable in clothing and no longer tries to hide insecurities.
The weight loss update comes as her relationship with Adam continues to unfold on the show. After initial struggles, including Adam admitting Polly was 'not his type,' the couple have reportedly moved past the friend zone and rekindled intimacy.
