Love Island host Maya Jama has sparked fresh speculation over her love life after being spotted with a rising chef just months after her split from footballer Ruben Dias. The TV beauty, 31, was seen laughing and embracing chef James Freeman outside his trendy restaurant Acre in Notting Hill, west London, on July 6, 2026.
Cosy Catch-Up After Service
Maya had spent the afternoon soaking up the sunshine with a group of friends before staying behind to chat with the 27-year-old head chef once service had wrapped up. According to an onlooker, the pair appeared to enjoy each other's company as they talked, shared drinks and smoked together outside the restaurant.
The source said: "Maya and James appeared to strike up a close bond long after service had finished. They were chatting, drinking and smoking before hugging. They seemed to be getting on like a house on fire. Then the group all headed to a nearby house party."

The outing comes just a few months after Maya called time on her 18-month romance with Manchester City defender Ruben Dias in April. James has become one of the restaurant industry's rising stars, earning a reputation as one of London's most exciting young chefs. Despite spending his days creating indulgent dishes, the chef previously revealed he works hard to stay in shape. Speaking last month, James explained: "I exercise and have a sauna and an ice bath.
