Chelsea and England football star Millie Bright is said to be facing fresh personal turmoil after her new boyfriend moved out of her home, just months after their whirlwind romance began.
From Engagement to a Swift New Relationship
The 2022 Euros winner, 32, had been engaged to American-born fitness coach Levi Crow. Their relationship culminated in a romantic proposal during a holiday to Mauritius in December 2023. Bright proudly announced the engagement on social media, calling Crow her "person" and her "king". However, the pair split earlier this year.
Shortly afterwards, Bright became involved with David Zetolofsky, the 39-year-old owner of the gym in Redhill, Surrey, where she trains. By the summer, Zetolofsky had moved into Bright's £400,000 Surrey home, a development that was exclusively revealed by the Daily Mail in June. A source at the time said the pair had "got very serious very quickly" and were "spending a lot of time with each other".
Whirlwind Romance Comes to an End
According to a new report from The Sun, the relationship has now cooled significantly, with Zetolofsky having moved out of the defender's house. One source told the outlet, "It’s good riddance to him as far as neighbours are concerned."
Zetolofsky is a father-of-seven; his wife, Katie, with whom he co-owns the gym, gave birth to their seventh child in January. He and Katie separated shortly before he met Millie Bright. There is no suggestion that Bright and Zetolofsky had any contact before they were both single.
Another source indicated that Bright had become somewhat "withdrawn" following her split from fiancé Crow and her withdrawal from the England squad that won the 2025 European Championship due to injury.
Moving On From Both Relationships
The end of Bright's engagement to Levi Crow was described as having stunned those close to the couple, whose families were said to be tight-knit. They had shared a home in Surrey they were "very proud of". Crow has since relocated to Dubai to start a new chapter.
Meanwhile, Bright's rapid relationship with Zetolofsky became the talk of the gym they were both connected to, with her being its most famous client and him the high-profile owner. All social media posts featuring her former fiancé have now been deleted.
The latest development marks another personal setback for the Chelsea captain, whose focus will now likely return to her recovery and football career after a period of significant personal change.
