Olivia Attwood's 'Horrendous' Move Forces Christmas in Hotel with Dogs
Olivia Attwood to spend Christmas in hotel after move

Reality TV star Olivia Attwood has disclosed she will be celebrating Christmas Day in a hotel room accompanied only by her dogs, following what she described as a 'horrendous' and emotionally draining house move.

An Emotional Farewell to Cheshire

The 34-year-old former Love Island contestant has recently moved out of the marital mansion she shared with husband Bradley Dack in Cheshire, relocating to their property in London. Attwood confessed the departure was particularly tough, admitting she "wasn't ready to say goodbye" to the sprawling home where she experienced some of her happiest moments.

Speaking on her podcast, 'Pete Wicks and Olivia Attwood's Sunday Roast: The Podcast', she explained the logistical nightmare of the move. With most of their belongings still packed in boxes and Bradley away playing football for Gillingham FC over the festive period, the couple's traditional plans were upended.

A Hotel Christmas for One (and the Dogs)

With her husband committed to his football schedule, Attwood decided a change of scene was necessary for her mental wellbeing. "I'm staying in London but going to a hotel," she stated, confirming the booking is just ten minutes from her new apartment.

She elaborated on the decision, saying, "I feel I physically, mentally needed a break from where we're currently living, because we've got s**t everywhere, boxes, suitcases. I just need to not be there." The star will be joined by her dogs for the unconventional Christmas Day stay.

The move itself was a complex operation, involving items destined for the new London apartment, long-term storage, a skip, and giveaways. "It was horrendous though," she recalled, describing the six-hour process of directing removals while hungover as her "worst nightmare".

A Year of Major Personal Changes

This festive disruption caps off a significant year of transformation for Olivia Attwood. She described 2025 as "the year of the snake", a time for shedding old layers. This included parting ways with what she termed "fake friends", leaving a house she no longer needed, and even changing her appearance by removing facial filler and dyeing her hair from blonde to ginger.

The decision to leave the Cheshire mansion came after a year of splitting time between there and London, a arrangement that ultimately became unsustainable. The London apartment was primarily used for filming work, making the northern base impractical.

Attwood hopes to be fully settled into her new London apartment by the end of January, putting the chaotic move firmly behind her. For now, her focus is on a quiet, box-free Christmas with her canine companions, while she awaits her husband's return from his sporting commitments.
