Phoebe Kay Shows Off Montreal Grand Prix Trip After Parents' Split
Phoebe Kay's Montreal Trip After Parents' Split

Phoebe Kay has offered a glimpse into her American adventures following her attendance at the Montreal Grand Prix, just weeks after her parents announced their separation. The 21-year-old daughter of Tess Daly and Vernon Kay revealed in March that she was heading to the United States, where she has been based in New York.

Travels Across North America

Over the past few months, Phoebe has travelled to New York, Florida, Canada, the Caribbean, and even made a brief stop in Dublin, Ireland. Her most recent trip took her to Montreal, where she attended the racing event and spent time in the F1 Paddock, describing the experience as 'Canada, cars and chaos'.

For the occasion, Phoebe stood out in a form-fitting black jumpsuit, accessorised with stylish sunglasses and gold jewellery. She wore her blonde hair loose and carried a YSL bag on her shoulder.

Sports Illustrated Circuit Series

During her stay, Phoebe also attended the Sports Illustrated Circuit Series, live events primarily associated with major motorsport weekends. Her time abroad comes as her parents navigate their separation after 22 years of marriage, reportedly going through what has been described as the 'friendliest divorce in showbiz history'.

Dinner with a View

Earlier this month, Phoebe enjoyed dinner with a view at one of New York's top restaurants. She shared sweeping shots of the Brooklyn Bridge and East River on Instagram after dining at the Manhattan branch of the popular Italian restaurant chain Cecconi. She modelled a striped crop top and jeans while posing against the iconic New York landmark and a backdrop of skyscrapers.

Parents' Amicable Split

Tess Daly, 57, and Vernon Kay, 52, released a joint statement on May 8, announcing their mutual decision to separate. Friends of the couple say they both remain at their marital home in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The 'friendly exes' were seen together at Pub In The Park a week later, taking selfies with fans and socialising with friends in an incredibly amicable display.

The couple, who share daughters Phoebe, 21, and Amber, 16, are expected to maintain a friendly stance when dividing their estimated £6 million fortune, including properties and business interests. Sources indicate that both have high incomes—Vernon earns around £395,000 from his Radio 2 show, while Tess earned approximately £400,000 annually as co-host of Strictly Come Dancing before stepping down in December. Their joint assets include a five-bedroom Buckinghamshire home worth an estimated £3 million, purchased 22 years ago for £1.18 million.

Vernon recently broke his silence on the split during his BBC Radio 2 show, thanking well-wishers for their support: 'I just want to say on behalf of myself and Tess, thank you, thank you for all your well-wishes it's been greatly appreciated.'
