French actor Pierre Deny, celebrated for his performances in the Netflix series Emily in Paris and the long-running French soap opera Tomorrow is Ours, has passed away at the age of 69. His daughters confirmed on Wednesday that Deny died on Monday after a sudden and aggressive onset of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a progressive neurodegenerative disease with no known cure.
