Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has fulfilled a “lifelong dream” by visiting the Pyramids of Giza with her fiancé, Jason Statham. The model shared photos of the trip on Instagram, describing it as “the most incredible few days in Egypt.”
In her post, she wrote: “Visiting the Pyramids of Giza had been a lifelong dream.” The couple also toured the Grand Egyptian Museum, where she marvelled at “extraordinary ancient artefacts up close.”
The holiday also included supporting their friend, kickboxer Rico Verhoeven, after his fight against heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk. Despite his loss, Huntington-Whiteley called it “one of the most electric and unforgettable fights we’ve ever witnessed,” praising his “discipline, heart and determination.”
Rico Verhoeven responded on Instagram, saying: “You guys coming out meant the world to me.”
The trip follows reports that the couple are moving from London to a new home near the New Forest National Park. The property reportedly sits on 20 acres with a private beach, boating lake and pond. Huntington-Whiteley told Vogue Australia: “I've been dreaming of this since I left home. It will be mud and kids climbing trees. I want peace.”
