Janice Dickinson, 71, Reveals Dramatic Facelift Results After Fall Injury
Janice Dickinson, 71, Reveals Dramatic Facelift Results

Janice Dickinson has undergone her most extensive plastic surgery transformation yet, and the outcome is remarkable. The 71-year-old model, who suffered a serious facial injury while filming a reality show in 2022, received a complete facial overhaul from plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee earlier this year.

Dr. Lee is well-known for handling celebrity transformations, having previously worked with Caitlyn Jenner and Dylan Mulvaney. Dickinson's procedures included an endoscopic brow and mid-facelift, a deep plane facelift, a dual plane neck lift, a subnasal lip lift, and an extensive fat transfer to reverse the signs of aging. Additionally, she underwent full face CO2 laser resurfacing to rejuvenate her complexion.

Dr. Lee, a triple board-certified surgeon, stated that Dickinson was 'beyond ecstatic' with the results. 'I f***ing love it,' gushed the former America's Next Top Model judge. Photos taken three months after the procedures reveal Dickinson looking noticeably younger and fresher, with fewer wrinkles and smoother skin.

Fans on social media were amazed by the transformation. One commented, 'The neck alone looks twenty years younger, wow!' Another wrote, 'The brow position looks sooo much softer and fresher now.' A third added, 'Keep in mind… it’s going to GET BETTER as time goes on!'

Earlier this year, Dickinson claimed her face was disfigured from a fall while filming the UK reality series I'm A Celebrity... South Africa in late 2022. She tripped in the dark and fell flat on her face, forcing her to quit the show. She subsequently filed a personal injury claim against ITV at the High Court, seeking £700,000 ($940,000) in damages.

Dickinson, who calls herself 'the world's first supermodel,' is no stranger to cosmetic surgery. In 2024, she revealed on Kaitlyn Bristowe's Off The Vine podcast that she had her first procedure at age 32 while dating Sylvester Stallone. 'I noticed I started getting jowls,' she said, leading her to get a mini facelift. A mini facelift addresses early signs of aging with smaller incisions and minimal downtime, with results lasting up to 10 years.

Dickinson recommended Bristowe consider a facelift, saying, 'Get a mini facelift. It kept me going up until last week when I noticed [my lip lines].' When asked if she regrets any past surgeries, she replied, 'Oh, no.' She previously admitted on E!'s Botched to having a boob job, tummy tuck, neck and face-lifts, and liposuction. She has also tried Botox but insists her plump pout is natural.

In 2013, Dickinson declared bankruptcy owing nearly $1 million in taxes and unpaid cosmetic bills, including $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein and over $8,000 to the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center. Dickinson began modeling in the '70s and became a top star in the '80s, gracing covers of Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and Marie Claire, and posing nude for Playboy in 1988. She faded from the spotlight in the '90s but returned to fame as a judge on America's Next Top Model in 2003. She later starred in her own series, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, and appeared on reality shows like Celebrity Rehab, Couples Therapy, Celebrity Big Brother UK, and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!.
