The mother of social media influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska, widely known online as Klaudiaglam, has posted a deeply emotional and heartbreaking plea on social media, urging the public to pray for her daughter as she remains in a critical condition following a serious car crash in London's Soho district. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, also left two other pedestrians injured, with one suffering life-changing injuries.

Mother's Emotional Appeal for Prayers and Support

In a message shared on Klaudiaglam's Instagram story, the 30-year-old influencer's mother expressed her anguish and hope, directly addressing false rumours that had circulated claiming her daughter had succumbed to her injuries. She wrote from the depths of her heart, stating there is still hope and pleading for prayers to surround her beautiful daughter Klaudia, whom she described as her angel, world, and everything.

The mother emphasised the need for love, strength, and healing during this profoundly difficult time, thanking supporters for their unwavering compassion and solidarity. Polish-born Klaudia, who boasts an impressive following of over 258,000 on Instagram, had been enjoying a night out with friends at the Inca nightclub prior to the tragic collision.

Details of the Soho Collision and Injuries

According to the Metropolitan Police, officers were called to Argyll Street in Westminster at approximately 04:30 hours on Sunday, 19 April, following reports of a car colliding with pedestrians. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service, attended the scene promptly. Klaudia Zakrzewska, a woman in her thirties, was left in a life-threatening condition and remains hospitalised in critical state.

In the same incident, a 56-year-old man named Anoosh Chaichy from Edgware in north London sustained life-changing injuries as he attempted to move his e-scooter from the area. A third woman, also in her thirties, received treatment for minor injuries but has since been discharged.

Legal Proceedings and Charges Filed

Former X Factor contestant Gabrielle Carrington, aged 29 and known online as RIELLEUK, has been charged in connection with the crash. Carrington, who is from Manchester, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, where she made a heart gesture from the dock while dressed in grey and standing with her hands on her hips.

District Judge Nina Tempia remanded her in custody, with the next court hearing scheduled for 19 May at the Old Bailey. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that Carrington faces serious charges including attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink driving. Authorities have clarified that the incident is not being treated as terrorism-related.
