Prince George has appeared in a new photograph with his mother, Princess Catherine, and fans are all saying the same thing: the 12-year-old is nearly as tall as his mum. The image was released by Kensington Palace following their visit to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire ahead of Armed Forces Day.

The Princess of Wales was accompanied by her eldest son for the engagement, which marks George's second public appearance with his mother. The soon-to-be teenager dressed smartly in a shirt, blazer, and suit trousers, while Catherine also wore a polished outfit. During the visit, they took turns sitting in the pilot seat of an aircraft.
A video of the surprise engagement was also shared, along with the photo showing the mother-and-son standing side-by-side in front of an aircraft, smiling with their arms around each other.
