The official White House account posted an image on social media seemingly poking fun at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce just minutes after they tied the knot at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday evening. The couple, both 36, exchanged vows as the venue lit up with pink neon signs reading 'JUST&T MARRIED!'
Wedding Details
Taylor's publicist Tree Paine confirmed the marriage, noting the couple did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, Taylor's brother Austin Swift served as her Man of Honour, while Kelce's brother Jason served as his Best Man. Guests included singer Camila Cabello, actors Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, and Jason Sudeikis, and model Karlie Kloss.
Trump's Response
Shortly after the ceremony, a billboard outside the venue read 'JUST&T MARRIED.' But moments later, the official White House page shared an image of the pink billboards with the message 'Trump is your president.' This came after Trump had previously made positive remarks about the couple in August 2025, saying, 'I think he’s a great player, I think he’s a great guy, and I think that she’s a terrific person, so I wish them a lot of luck.' However, in 2024, after Swift endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump wrote on social media: 'I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!'
