The official synopsis reveals that Jeanette discovers a mummified body in a church wall and a body in a freezer, both with a chilling connection. Meanwhile, Dr. Sophia Craven (Katherine Kelly) begins to suspect that her mysterious former patient Victoria Burkeman may be responsible for the murders.
As the investigation deepens, Jeanette and Sophia's trust and judgment are strained, making their relationship increasingly complex and emotionally charged.
