Helen Flanagan swapped her outfit for black swimwear as she headed out during the British heatwave, with her busy schedule continuing as she made another podcast appearance. The former Coronation Street star, 35, previously confessed that she relies on her mother to help organise her children's schedules and do their washing due to her own work commitments.
It appears that Helen's hectic diary shows no signs of easing, as she ventured out in Newquay after recording an episode of Lewis Nicholls' Life Stories podcast. The actress teamed her low-cut bikini top with a floral embroidered skirt, making the most of the hot May weather.
Helen shares Delilah, seven, ten-year-old Matilda, and son Charlie, five, with her ex-partner Scott Sinclair. Due to her work commitments, she has credited her mother Julia with being a huge help in their daily family life.
Speaking on the Vanessa Feltz show, Helen said: 'I have three children and I really do bring them up with my mum and dad. They help me every day. This sounds bad but I am always working and I don't even have the class social app, like my mum has the app, she does all the homework. My mum actually runs all my kids' schedules so my mum is amazing. My kids have so many activities, football and stuff and because I'm always working my mum goes "Helen you're doing this, you're doing that." She does all my washing, all the uniforms, my mum does all the cooking. She does everything for me and I would die without her.' Vanessa then quipped: 'Julia is a saint!'
Helen was recently busy working abroad as she filmed Celebrity Ex On The Beach, which aired in April. She was voted off after just four episodes as her co-stars brutally chose to send her home. The soap star, best known for playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, was joined by the likes of Jedward star John Grimes, MAFS UK's Amy Kenyon, TOWIE's Dani Imbert, and Love Island's Toby Aromolaran on the dating show. However, the mother-of-three was awkwardly sent packing rather quickly.
The boys were told that they had to pick someone to leave the villa, and Too Hot To Handle star Chase DeMoor told the group: 'Obviously this was a really difficult decision for all of us. We had to go through each one of you individually and talk about the pros and cons. We had to separate emotion from decision making. We looked at everybody's connections, just weighing out everything. So, we have selected Helen.' The group were left lost for words, and Dani instantly shouted: 'What?!' Helen replied: 'Thank you so much. Thank you.' An upset Dani continued: 'I don't know why you would have voted Helen... I don't actually get that.'
'Honestly, we were trying our best to save Helen,' John confessed. Speaking to the camera, Dani said: 'I'm so shocked the boys have picked Helen, I feel like they loved her so much. It's going to feel so strange not having her here in the morning. Really sad to see her go.' Helen added: 'I do feel sadness that I didn't find a romantic spark, but I honestly feel that the connection I have with the girls. I feel sad leaving them.' Just before packing her bags, Too Hot To Handle's Izzy Fairthorne told Helen: 'You are such a big part of all of our journeys in here.' Amy was in floods of tears as Dani told Helen: 'You are like the mother of the whole group. I don't understand.'
After her split from Scott, Helen was linked to David Haye in 2023. She also dated Robbie Talbot between 2024 and 2025.
