La Voix Joins Strictly Live Tour After Injury Exit

Strictly Come Dancing star La Voix has been announced as the first celebrity confirmed for the show's 2026 live tour, just days after withdrawing from the main competition due to injury. The Drag Race UK star, whose real name is Christopher Dennis, will perform alongside Gladiators star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and their professional partners Karen Hauer and Aljaž Škorjanec.

The tour kicks off in January, visiting Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool, Glasgow, Nottingham, and London's O2 Arena. It will also feature judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood, along with It Takes Two host Janette Manrara.

La Voix expressed her excitement, saying: 'I loved being part of Strictly and was devastated when my time on the show was cut short because of injury. But now I’m absolutely thrilled to have the chance to get back on an even bigger dancefloor with the sparkling 2026 Strictly Live Tour.'

This announcement follows La Voix's recent confirmation for the UK tour of the musical Annie, where she will play Miss Hannigan. Her Strictly journey ended prematurely after a foot injury prevented her from performing in Blackpool, leading to her withdrawal on medical advice.

Reflecting on their partnership, Aljaž Škorjanec said: 'I've been lucky this year. I've made two friends for life... You made my life a joy.' La Voix told him she would leave Strictly 'a braver, happier and such a more confident person'.
