Molly-Mae Hague Details Intense Pregnancy Hunger and Personal Struggles
Reality television personality and influencer Molly-Mae Hague has candidly discussed experiencing "severe hunger" during her second pregnancy. The 26-year-old former Love Island contestant, who is six months pregnant with her second child alongside fiancé Tommy Fury, described the sensation as overwhelming and chronic in a recent vlog shared with her followers.
Chronic Hunger Symptoms During Pregnancy
In her Sunday vlog, Molly-Mae revealed that the hunger pangs were so intense they left her feeling as though she could "collapse on the floor at any time." She explained that this symptom mirrored her experience during her first pregnancy with daughter Bambi, now three years old. "The hunger was chronic. That's been my symptom both times in both of my pregnancies," she stated, adding that she needed "food, food, food, constantly" and felt compelled to eat all the time.
Interestingly, Molly-Mae noted that her appetite has recently subsided as she enters the later stages of her second trimester. She was seen drinking a protein shake while driving, mentioning it was her first in a long time. "I've really noticed that my pregnancy hunger has gone away in this later part of my second trimester. I feel like, I just don't really feel really hungry. I've kind of gone back to my old diet, which is great," she shared.
Body Image Considerations and Separate Sleeping Arrangements
Beyond the hunger, Molly-Mae opened up about other personal challenges. She admitted to considering a breast augmentation procedure, convinced that pregnancy has negatively affected her physique. "I'll be honest they ain't pretty," she told viewers in another YouTube vlog, describing her breasts as "really saggy" and expressing a desire not to be "saggy Maggie" at just 26 years old.
Additionally, the influencer revealed that she and Tommy Fury are currently sleeping in separate bedrooms due to pregnancy-related congestion and loud snoring. "I've permanently, as of last night, banished myself to the spare room," she explained, noting her congestion has been extreme despite not feeling ill.
Home Renovations and Pregnancy Announcement
Molly-Mae shared these updates while renovations continue at Fury's Manchester home, which includes a new walk-in wardrobe for her extensive collection of clothes and accessories. She gave Instagram followers a glimpse of the empty room, which will feature a dressing table, full-length mirror, shelves, and tasteful lighting once completed. Her daughter Bambi even approved of the space, though she insisted it needed a carpet.
The pregnancy itself was humorously described as "the worst kept secret" due to Bambi's tendency to tell everyone, including air hostesses and nursery teachers. Molly-Mae announced her pregnancy in February after rekindling her relationship with Fury and moving back into his Manchester home with their daughter.
Throughout her vlogs, Molly-Mae Hague continues to connect with her audience by sharing the raw and relatable aspects of her pregnancy journey, from physical symptoms to personal reflections on body image and family life.
