British singer Paloma Faith has delighted fans by announcing she is expecting her third child, her first with businessman boyfriend Stevie Thomas. The 44-year-old star shared the happy news over the weekend, posting a glimpse of her growing baby bump on social media.
A Joyful Announcement and a Nostalgic Look Back
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Paloma Faith uploaded a black and white image of herself holding hands with her partner, Stevie Thomas. In the intimate snap, she proudly displayed her pregnancy bump, with her jeans unbuttoned and her t-shirt lifted. She pointedly tagged Thomas in the post, reaffirming their bond as they prepare for parenthood together.
Alongside the pregnancy reveal, the Only Love Can Hurt Like This singer treated followers to a throwback photo from around 1999, showing her in her dancing days. The image, sent by a friend, captured a young Paloma with her hands in the air, showcasing a toned midriff. "Throwback to me being a dancer @lovedoughevents in about 1999 hahahahah in Leeds!" she wrote in the caption.
A New Chapter After Heartbreak
This pregnancy marks a fresh start for Paloma Faith, following her split from French artist Leyman Lahcine in 2022. The former couple, who share two daughters, ended their nine-year romance. Faith has since found happiness with Stevie Thomas, a music venue manager who stands at an imposing 6ft 6in.
The pair first went public with their relationship in March 2025 at the BRIT Awards red carpet. A source close to the singer told the Daily Mail that this is her "healthiest relationship ever," noting how smitten the couple are. Paloma herself has hinted that her previously firm stance against marriage is softening since meeting Thomas.
Marriage Mindset and Past Relationships
On the Newly Weds podcast last March, Faith admitted her views have changed. "I've always been someone that's very anti-marriage, because the history of it is that it's about ownership of women," she explained. "Weirdly, I don't know what's changed in me, but this guy gives me a bit like 'Oh well'... I'll keep an open mind."
She was previously married to New Zealand chef Rian Haynes in a union that lasted from 2005 until their divorce was finalised in 2009, which she has since called a "young, frivolous thing."
Fans have been quick to share their congratulations online, expressing joy at seeing the singer so content as she embarks on this new chapter of motherhood and romance.
