Shane Richie Jr, son of Loose Women star Coleen Nolan and actor Shane Richie, has become a father for the second time. The 30-year-old announced the birth of his son, Cruz-Carter, on Instagram, sharing a photo of the newborn.
In his announcement, Shane wrote: 'Welcome to this crazy world my son. Cruz-Carter was born on 13th November at 3am weighing 6lb 6 ounces. Words can’t express the love I have for you already. I literally can’t stop staring at you.' He also praised his girlfriend Kimberley, calling her 'the strongest, bravest woman I know.'
Coleen Nolan expressed her joy on social media, saying she was 'obsessed' with her new grandson. She posted: 'Just when I thought I had no more love to give, along came you… Cruz-Carter 6lb 6oz. I’m obsessed with you already!'
Shane Jr previously became a father in 2016 to a daughter with ex Emma, but relations between the two have reportedly soured. Emma has allegedly prevented Coleen from seeing her granddaughter. Shane has denied accusations of ignoring his daughter at a live show and insisted he pays monthly child maintenance.
