In a stark new warning, a prominent psychic medium has claimed the world could face a fresh and deadly 'serious health crisis' in less than five years.

Selina Avalon, an astrologer and medium who runs the SoulVoyance platform, detailed the forecast in a blog post published in October 2025. Outlining her premonitions for global events, she stated she is seeing a major plague emerging from the African continent.
"I'm seeing what looks like a very big plague emerging in the continent of Africa," Avalon declared. She described the illness as a new and dangerous pathogen, stating: "This plague is a new strain of deadly bacteria or virus." While Avalon specified the epidemic would begin within Africa, her wording implied a grave worldwide health threat. She did not, however, draw direct comparisons to recent pandemics like Covid-19.
Alongside the pandemic warning, Avalon's 2026 forecast includes several other cautionary predictions. These are said to encompass:

- The death of a prominent world leader followed by a state funeral.
- An escalation of existing global conflicts.
- Advances in aviation technology and major geopolitical shifts.
Not all these visions are expected to materialise in 2026, with some potentially unfolding over the next five to ten years.
