Popular NFL content creator and podcast host Annie Agar has addressed fan concerns about her dramatic weight loss, revealing a new health and fitness regimen behind her slim figure. Agar posted a picture from an offseason fishing trip on Sunday, proudly holding her catch, which led to comments about her appearance.
Agar Responds to Speculation
In a video posted to X on Tuesday night, Agar said: 'I wasn't even going to address this because I don't know if it's worth the time but the comments have gotten a little out of control. I am fine. I don't let comments bother me. I am very thankful I have a great support system, great roots, good faith. However, I feel like we're losing the plot a little bit.'
Denies Ozempic Use
Agar directly addressed speculation about Ozempic, stating: 'There has been a lot of comment about Ozempic. I am not on Ozempic. Kids, don't take Ozempic. The funny thing is I am one of the biggest hypochondriacs. I don't even take Tylenol guys because the side effects freak me out. The side effects of Ozempic would put me in therapy.'
New Health Regimen
She explained her weight loss approach: 'I've learned calories in, calories out. It's all math. Losing weight is all math. I cut out refined sugar and alcohol. I do drink once a week, maybe sometimes a little bit more if there's a country concert. I just eat whole foods and I incline walk. It has changed my life.'
Fan Concerns and Past Health Issues
Agar acknowledged that some comments come from a good place but noted that 'words do hurt.' Last offseason, she suffered a broken nose and suspected concussion after fainting in her bathroom due to dehydration. She assured fans she was fine and praised NFL players for handling concussions.
Agar, who boasts over two million combined followers across X, Instagram, and TikTok, is known for her lighthearted skits and football commentary.
