Just focus on yourself."
The ITV star didn't stop at words. To back up his message, he later shared a video of himself putting in the work, pumping iron with a set of dumbbells in his back garden. Captioning the energetic clip, he wrote, "I've got that Monday morning feeling!! Start the week as you mean to go on."

Wallace's motivational drive seems to stem from a life of overcoming challenges. While celebrating his 65th birthday in Poole, Dorset, in June, he shared a poignant message with his followers. He admitted that his "life has not been easy", comparing it to a boat "rocking up and down."
Despite the hardships, his resolve remains unbroken. In a caption accompanying his birthday video, he wrote, "I'm very grateful for reaching my 65th Birthday today. My life has not been easy but I've never given up. I've worked hard, been persistent and have learnt valuable lessons from the multiple times I have failed."
