Former glamour model Katie Price has shared an intimate glimpse into her nightly routine, revealing she relies on CBD products to help her sleep in the wake of her recent split from Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater.
Bedtime Routine Revealed After Breakup
In a candid video posted from her bed, the 47-year-old explained she struggles to switch off at night despite feeling exhausted. "I'm so tired I'm about to go to bed," she told followers. "I thought I would show you my routine as I do find it hard to fall asleep even though I'm tired. All my head's like that all the time busy, busy, busy."
Price then demonstrated her use of Supreme CBD brand oil and cherry-flavoured gummies. "So I do take the CBD as you know every night and you gotta shake the bottle, give it a good old shake," she said, before taking half a pipette of oil. She praised the gummies, stating: "They not only taste delicious they do the job too. If any of you suffer anxiety, aches, pains or can't sleep try the gummies or oil."

The social media post comes shortly after Price broke her silence on the end of her nearly two-year relationship with 31-year-old JJ Slater. The pair split earlier this month, with a source telling the Daily Mail the breakup occurred after Katie realised Slater "wasn't 'husband material.'"
Following the split, Price shared a series of cryptic posts about relationships and soulmates on her Instagram Story. One quote read: "They say falling in love takes time. But it's not true. Falling in love only takes the right person." Meanwhile, Slater has focused on his fitness, telling followers he has lost 2.8kg (6lbs) since working with an online coach post-breakup.

While promoting the products, it is important to note official health guidance on CBD. The NHS acknowledges that cannabidiol has "medical benefits," but cautions the public.
