The Scottish Government has announced the appointment of a distinguished group of senior figures from across Scottish public life to develop proposals for a permanent memorial honouring the late Queen Elizabeth II. He will be joined by a panel of esteemed individuals, including Dr Anna Keay, a member of the Queen Elizabeth Memorial Committee and director of the Landmark Trust; Professor Chandrika Kaul, a modern history expert from St Andrews University; retired Lieutenant Colonel Johnny Stewart; Leonie Bell, director of V&A Dundee; Anne Lyden, director general of the National Galleries of Scotland; and Helen Webster, deputy director for cabinet, parliament and governance at the Scottish Government.
