The 11th annual Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list has been revealed, showcasing a diverse array of young talent from across the continent, with numerous famous faces from the United Kingdom making the cut. Published on Tuesday, the list celebrates the region's most dynamic young innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are actively shaping the future of Europe and beyond.
Prominent UK Honourees on the Forbes List
Among the standout names from the UK are actor Owen Cooper and actress Marisa Abela. Cooper, aged 16, has made history as the youngest ever male actor to win an Emmy, securing the award for best supporting actor for his role as Jamie Miller in the Netflix drama Adolescence. In addition to his Emmy victory, Cooper also received a Golden Globe for the same performance and has recently appeared in Emerald Fennell's adaptation of Wuthering Heights and the BBC series Film Club.
Marisa Abela, 29, earned her place on the list after winning a Bafta for best actress in 2025 for her portrayal of young graduate Yasmin Kara-Hanani in the hit BBC drama Industry. Her career includes roles in films such as Back To Black (2024), Barbie (2023), and She Is Love (2022), demonstrating her versatility and impact in the entertainment industry.
Other Notable UK Figures Recognised
The list also features other British talents, including Enola Holmes actor Louis Partridge, aged 22, and singer Sienna Spiro, 20, who was recently nominated for a Brit Critics' Choice Award. Additionally, singer-songwriter Absolutely, born Abby-Lynn Keen and aged 22, has been acknowledged; she is the younger sister of Brit Award-winning singer Raye and began her career as a songwriter and background vocalist, now supporting Raye on her 2026 tour.

This year's honourees hail from more than 20 countries, with London, Zurich, Berlin, and Paris emerging as the most popular cities of residence for the list-makers. The average age of those recognised is 27, with the youngest being 15-year-old actor Alfie Williams, known for his role in the 2025 film 28 Years Later and its sequel. The list spans 10 sectors, including art & culture, entertainment, social impact, and AI, highlighting the broad scope of innovation and influence among Europe's youth.

Candidates for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list are carefully evaluated by Forbes staff and a panel of expert judges, which includes The Day Of The Jackal actress Lashana Lynch and Dragons' Den investor Steven Bartlett. Alexandra York, associate editor for 30 Under 30, commented on the significance of this year's cohort, stating that these Gen Z honourees represent a generation inspiring their peers and redefining ambition, innovation, and impact in today's world.
York emphasised that from building industry-defining businesses to shaping culture on a global scale, these young individuals are setting the pace for what comes next. They join previous list-makers like actress Jessie Buckley, musician Fred Again, and singer Olivia Dean, continuing the tradition of spotlighting the next generation of talent across Europe.
