This prompted them to force entry into the property, where they made the shocking discovery of Allegrucci's lifeless body on the floor of the main room.
Three Starving Pitbulls Found Locked Inside Without Sustenance
Investigators found three pitbulls locked inside the apartment alongside their owner's remains. The dogs, described as agitated when emergency crews entered, had been without food or water for an extended period. Police confirmed that the animals had partially consumed Allegrucci's body, likely driven by starvation after his death.
