Coronation Street Spoilers: Summer's Guilt and Daniel's Troll

Coronation Street spoilers have teased some major twists ahead on the ITV soap, including a new prime suspect for Theo Silverton's murder, while suspicious behaviour from several residents adds to the tension.

Summer's Guilt and the Flashback

Next week on Coronation Street, someone's guilt could expose them as Theo Silverton's real killer. Residents turn on each other as they accuse one another of the crime. As someone tries to flee, others are covering up their own mysteries.

Kit reassures Todd they are closing in on Theo's killer, leaving Summer uncomfortable. Soon, Kit finds evidence that could implicate Summer, while George and Christina are unnerved by Summer's diary entries about Theo. Summer is questioned, and a flashback reveals something George saw on the night of the murder. Summer accuses George of killing Theo, and it is revealed that Christina is hiding something.

George tells the police about Summer's lies, so Summer sets an escape plan in motion. She tells Todd she is worried the police are going to arrest her for Theo's murder, so she has spoken to her university in the States and is flying out this afternoon. As Summer recalls an alibi that could clear her name, will she make it to the US?

Daniel's Troll Twist and Other Drama

Elsewhere, someone is out to get Daniel Osbourne as a trolling twist is revealed. Daniel is trolled online about Megan's crimes, with Jodie suggesting David might be the culprit. Soon, Jodie is caught out when she lies about her birthday. Sarah Platt is sparking concern with Carla Connor and their colleagues too. Sarah takes offence to Carla's gesture after the attack, but when she later loses her temper, she is told to take some time off.

Sam Blakeman's mental health spiral continues in worrying scenes with Roy Cropper. Roy tells Sam not to trust anyone, leaving him confused. Meanwhile, Will Driscoll lashes out at more than one character amid his own turmoil. Maggie breaks down as Ben refuses to forgive her. When Megan is released on bail, Maggie vows to protect Will, but Ben loses his temper, dropping a bombshell on Ollie and Will.

Will admits to Tim that he cannot relax knowing that Megan has been released, so Ben suggests a family holiday, but there is more trouble ahead thanks to Susie. As Bethany tries to help Will, he gets the wrong end of the stick and lashes out. Jodie's lie to Daniel about Bertie backfires.

It is clear there is another big week ahead for the residents of Weatherfield. Lies and secrets unravel, and new discoveries could change everything. Coronation Street airs weeknights at 8:30pm on ITV1 and ITV X.
