Katie Price has reportedly accepted that her marriage to Lee Andrews is over, just months after the couple tied the knot. The pair, who married earlier this year after knowing each other for only two weeks, have been living apart, with Price based in West Sussex and Andrews in Dubai.
The news comes after Andrews unveiled a new tattoo reading 'Owned by Katie' on his lower back, which has sparked concern from a psychotherapist. Emma Kenny warned that the language of ownership in relationships can be problematic, stating: 'When we publicly endorse the idea that one person can own another, we risk reinforcing a narrative that relationships are about dominance rather than mutual respect.'
Price had previously spoken about her plans to remain in the UK, saying on her YouTube channel: 'I've done my bit in Dubai. I live in West Sussex and that is it. I've got five children, I'm not going to just get up and move to Dubai. I want to get to know Lee more before anything. There's no rush.'
The couple have numerous tattoos dedicated to each other, including each other's names on their hands and the angel number '1:11'. However, the psychotherapist cautioned that while tattoos are permanent, relationships are often temporary, and love should not require surrendering one's sense of self.
