Bryon Noem, husband of former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, allegedly told an online fetish model he wanted to marry her just five days after his wife was fired by President Donald Trump, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Nicole Raccagno, who goes by the Instagram name 'plastictrophybimbo', claimed that the 56-year-old insurance agent had been sending her regular payments for videos since 2020. On March 10, five days after Kristi Noem's dismissal, Bryon Noem allegedly messaged Raccagno saying, 'I seem to be falling in love with you. I do love you,' and offered to pay for breast enlargement surgery, adding, 'You're the one that I love. I would love to marry you.'
The report follows earlier revelations of Bryon Noem's cross-dressing activity, where he was pictured in pink hot pants and a spandex top stuffed with balloons. Raccagno claimed he engaged in a 'bimbofication' fetish, sending her $1,500 a month for sexual videos. Receipts obtained by the Mail correspond to a phone number linked to his insurance business in South Dakota.
White House and Department of Homeland Security insiders told the Mail they had been gossiping about Bryon Noem's alleged fetishes for months. 'Everyone knew he had problems, especially her,' a White House insider said. Kristi Noem initially expressed shock and asked for privacy, but has not commented further. Bryon Noem has not responded to requests for comment.
Residents of Castlewood, South Dakota, expressed disbelief and sympathy for Bryon Noem. Cattle rancher Kevin Ruesink told The New York Times the photographs 'must be A.I.,' while columnist Brad Johnson noted that Bryon was known as a supportive husband who shied away from the limelight.
