Kylie Jenner Faces Second Lawsuit from Former Housekeeper Over Alleged Mistreatment

Kylie Jenner has been hit with a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper, who claims the reality star ignored her pleas for help over alleged mental abuse by a staff supervisor.

The complaint, filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court by Juana Delgado Soto, names Jenner, staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services as defendants. Soto, who began working for Jenner in 2019, alleges racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment.

According to the lawsuit, Soto was subjected to harassment by Sibrian, including mocking her English and calling her stupid. After reporting the mistreatment to human resources in 2024, Sibrian was temporarily removed but later reinstated. Soto claims Sibrian retaliated by reducing her hourly wage and assigning unreasonable workloads.

Soto says she slipped Jenner a note detailing her concerns, writing: “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations. I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.” Instead of taking action, Soto alleges she was threatened with termination and told she was “no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear.’”

Soto’s lawyer, Della Shaker, stated: “This is not an isolated incident or person... During our investigation we have uncovered a significant amount of evidence that will go through the judicial process to obtain justice for our clients.” The lawsuit comes days after another former housekeeper filed a separate suit alleging similar mistreatment.
