A man has been arrested in connection with the terrorist attack at the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in October last year, police have confirmed.
Arrest in Salford
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) stated that a 49-year-old man was taken into custody in Salford on Tuesday evening. He is suspected of failing to disclose information regarding terrorist activity, contrary to Section 38B of the Terrorism Act 2000.
The individual has been brought in for questioning and remains in police custody as enquiries continue.
