The two fans initially gained widespread attention without anyone knowing their identities—thanks, in part, to the broadcast on NBC. The network cut to a shot of the Spurs bench to focus on San Antonio head coach Mitch Johnson, only to inadvertently show off the two women's revealing tops without revealing their faces.
After some online sleuthing, internet users eventually identified the two women involved. They have been sitting behind the bench and next to each other during other Spurs playoff games at FrostBank Arena this season.
