TalkTV Host Sparks Chaos With Antisemitism Rant

A television program descended into chaos after presenter Julia Hartley-Brewer unleashed a scathing rant live on air. The TalkTV star could not contain her frustration during a breaking news segment on Wednesday, April 29, when it was announced that two Jewish men had been stabbed in Golders Green, North London.

Attack Declared Terrorist Incident

The Metropolitan Police have declared the stabbing a terrorist incident and are working alongside security services to establish the suspect's nationality and background. The victims, aged in their 70s and 30s, are reportedly in stable condition. The 45-year-old suspect, who also attempted to stab police officers, has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Hartley-Brewer's On-Air Outburst

As the breaking news banner flashed across the screen, Hartley-Brewer, 57, began her tirade. She stated: "Let's stop importing people from countries where antisemitism is the norm." Continuing, she questioned why there are not people on the streets of London every fortnight freely walking through the city with antisemitic banners calling for the annihilation of the only Jewish state in the world.

She then turned her fire on London Mayor Sadiq Khan, raging: "If our London Mayor Sadiq Khan, in his infinite wisdom and belief in diversity, thinks that is the sort of diverse view which is OK to have on the streets of London, and the police don't get involved, don't be shocked..."

Shouting furiously, she added: "Don't you bl**dy dare claim to be shocked or upset or care about Jewish people being stabbed on the streets of our capital city in broad daylight. This is on you!"

Mayor's Response

Khan took to social media to condemn the attack, writing: "There has been an appalling attack on two Jewish Londoners in Golders Green. The police have made an arrest and I'd like to thank all the emergency services and heroic volunteers for their swift response. London's Jewish community have been the target of a series of shocking antisemitic attacks. There must be absolutely no place for antisemitism in society."
