Three Charged with Murder After Sydney Balcony Fall

Two men and a woman have been charged with murder following the death of a 44-year-old man who fell 15 metres from a fourth-storey balcony in Sydney's north-west. The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday morning at an apartment on Crane Road in Castle Hill.

Details of the Incident

Residents reported hearing frantic cries for help coming from the apartment around 2:40 am. Paramedics arrived to find the man critically injured in a garden area outside the unit block. Despite treatment at the scene, he could not be revived.

It is understood that a party was being hosted inside the apartment before the fatal fall, but by the time police arrived, the guests had left. The man is believed not to have lived at the unit.
