Tom Brady made a surprise appearance at Kevin Hart's Netflix roast on Sunday, delivering a series of sharp jokes aimed at the comedian, including a reference to Hart's 2017 infidelity in Las Vegas. Brady, who was the subject of Netflix's previous celebrity roast in 2024, took the stage at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles during the final night of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest.
“All right, this won’t take long, because, as you guys know, I’m a busy man,” Brady quipped. “But I do have a few words for you before I return to my affairs in Las Vegas. Oh, wait, I’m talking about affairs in Las Vegas. Was that off? Not supposed to talk about affairs in Vegas? I think I broke another rule. Fuck it. I talked about it.” The joke alluded to Hart's admitted affair while his wife Eniko was pregnant in 2017.
Brady, a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Aces, was returning the favour after Hart participated in his own roast. Before Brady appeared, Hart had taunted the audience, saying, “I’m gonna tell you right now, it’s gonna be way better than the Brady roast... Tom is a bitch.” Brady responded on stage: “Jesus, do you ever shut the fuck up? Have you even left the Forum, or have you just been here screaming into that mic the last two years waiting for daddy to come home? Well, unlike your real dad, I actually showed up.”
The roast, hosted by Shane Gillis, featured a lineup including Chelsea Handler, Tony Hinchliffe, Pete Davidson, Draymond Green, Tiffany Haddish, Sheryl Underwood, Regina Hall and Na’im Lynn. The event was filmed live at the Kia Forum on Sunday evening.
