Speed scored the decisive penalty as YouTube Allstars defeated Sidemen in a thrilling charity match at a sold-out Wembley Stadium. The game ended 9-9 after normal time, with Sketch saving Simon Minter's spot-kick in the shootout to secure victory.
The match raised over £4 million for charity, with fans treated to an 18-goal spectacle. Joe Weller opened the scoring after seven minutes, but Mr Beast missed a penalty shortly after. ChrisMD equalised with a free kick before setting up Chris Baker's header. Weller scored his second, and TBJZL made it 4-4 just before half-time.
AngryGinge's switch from defence to attack allowed Sidemen to build a lead through Logan Paul and Zerkaa. Speed, despite several glaring misses, won and scored a penalty to finally get on the scoresheet. AngryGinge then equalised at 6-6, and Speed set up Kai Cenat for another goal.
Both sides traded goals until AngryGinge's sliced corner allowed George Clarke to tap in during the 89th minute, seemingly winning the game. However, Theo Baker completed his hat-trick with the final kick of normal time, forcing penalties. Sketch saved Minter's opening penalty, and Speed's effort beat XQC to win the shootout.
