'My brother misunderstood with the machine – he cut it,' Alcaraz told reporters. 'And the only way to fix it is to shave it off.'

He also posted a snapshot of the disastrous moment in a marble bathroom, grinning while his brother wielded the clippers. After winning the US Open against Jannik Sinner on Monday, Alcaraz hinted at an even bolder hair transformation to come. When asked about his celebration plans, he responded coyly, 'Even better.
