Venus Williams has married actor and model Andrea Preti, the tennis star announced on social media on Tuesday. The wedding took place in Palm Beach, Florida, following a five-day celebration with family and close friends.
Preti, a Danish-born Italian actor and model, met Williams during Milan Fashion Week in 2024. The couple became engaged in January 2025 and also held a non-official ceremony in Italy earlier this year.
Williams, 45, is a seven-time grand slam singles champion and former world number one. She recently returned to competition after a 16-month hiatus and plans to play a 33rd consecutive WTA season starting in January in Auckland.
The Palm Beach wedding included a private courthouse ceremony on Friday and a larger celebration on Saturday, according to Vogue. Williams will co-chair the 2026 Met Gala alongside Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, and Anna Wintour.
