Manchester United have received a clear transfer message from Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis, who has openly stated he would welcome a move to Old Trafford. The 24-year-old Greece international has enjoyed a remarkable season, amassing 51 goal contributions across all competitions.
Tzolis Speaks on United Interest
In an interview with Het Nieuwsblad, Tzolis said: "United could convince me. Such a massive club with so much history. It would be hard to say no to that." The forward, who previously played in the Premier League for Norwich City, joined Brugge in 2024 from Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Tzolis has netted 22 goals and provided 29 assists this campaign, fueling speculation of another summer move. He has made clear that only top-level European football would tempt him to leave Brugge. "It would have to be a Champions League team from England, Germany, Spain, or Italy. Only PSG is a better option than those clubs," he added.
United's Transfer Plans
Manchester United are expected to be active in the summer transfer window. While Tzolis does not currently feature on their shortlist, the club are seeking a new left winger after addressing their central midfield issues. A new midfielder is a priority following Casemiro's departure at the end of his contract next month.
Atalanta's Ederson, Newcastle's Sandro Tonali, and Nottingham Forest's Elliot Anderson have been linked with moves to United. The Red Devils may also invest in a left back.
Champions League Boost
United's qualification for the Champions League has bolstered their summer ambitions. Tzolis ruled out a move to Crystal Palace, saying: "The Crystal Palace train has already left the station for me."
With 51 goal contributions and a clear desire to join, Tzolis could be a prime target for United as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
